Add GeoIP software to your website and block everyone surfing from Turkey and other Middle Eastern countries where they just see a 404 page. They don't buy anything anyway.

Yes of course hackers can bypass this, but chances are they surf from their normal ISP so they'll never even know your site exists.

What scripts were you running that could have been exploited? Do you know how to access Apache logs and see who logged in and when?

Right now im not able to log in with FTP.They changed user/passwords.Im still waiting for reply from host.

That means they gained access to whatever control panel you have. Even if they just gained ftp access they cant change the pw.
