SEO experts - I need your advice

I have just made a set of SEO tools and I need to promote the website a little.
I was thinking to purchase some advertising space in a SEO newsletter.
If you know websites that have such a newsletter please let me know.

Any other advertising tips are welcome:)

Aren't there any SEO experts here??

You made SEO tools, and you don't know enough about SEO to promote them? I am a little concerned.

Seriously, forums and blogs are your friend. You shouldn't have to pay a penny for anything other than bandwidth.

Does your set of tools have an affiliate program?

Usualy I read a few webmaster/seo forums like WMW SEW, DP... etc, but I want to make some more aggresive promotion. I don't think search engine traffic will help me much at the moment. It will take some time untill I get some decent SE traffic.

Not at the moment. I will build some more sophisticated tools in the near future and I might use an affliate program. The tools are free at the moment.

I just want to get some exposure for the tools.
