per signup sucks. one day it'll give me a heart attack. 70% of my per signup signups occur when i'm sleeping. its a real shit up to log into a sponsor during the daytime and see that signups aren't going as expected. hence the heart attack.

Dialers are risky. Everyone that has used them has not been paid at some point or another. Depends on what type of site of course.. but the best way to find out is to try it. If it works, then pray that you'll get paid :) If it don't, switch back.
