I know NS Cash used to.... a few months ago last time I really pushed them but their members area was stacked with content you could use.

Well, we have the right to use about 75 % of our content (and trust me, we have a lot) as webmaster content.
We show a good deal on our frontsite, go take a look, and if you see anything you like, send me a mail.

If you send us a few sign ups (and it's easy as we are brandnew with a lot of exclusive stuff), we'll give you access to a restricted part of the member area . If you need some nichespecific content, for promo, I'm pretty sure we can cover it.
