Is there any doubt that Kobe is the MVP?

They are playing well now and heading for the playoffs, I am not sure I would say they suck.

They could be better....

Please tell me you are kidding. I think the pain pills you got for you knee are messing with your head :)

MVP doesn't mean who is the biggest ball hog or who has the best individual talent. I will give you that, Kobe is one of the most talented basketball players to have ever played but he sucks when it comes to teamwork.

You can't ignore Lebron ... he truly is awesome and makes his whole team better. He just lead them to the Playoffs and the third best record in the East.

Kobe would be deserving - yes he is a ball hog but he is on a team that unless he took the majority of shots wouldn't be anywhere even close to making the playoffs. Lebron would be deserving too.

it's Steve Nash again tho - even moreso this year than last - without Amare Stoudamire the Suns are still near the top of the conference - because of Nash - he makes his teammates better - he's at a position where that is alot easier but he's still the MVP - tho if Kobe or Lebron win it it would be ok.

Kobe is the man. I hope they do well in the playoffs.

Steve Nash, Chauncey Billips, Lebron and Melo are all better MVP choices than Kobe.

kobe is the shizzy

Vitasoy 04-12-2006 03:22 AM

Adam, Adam, Adam......Even Lebron admits that Kobe is the man right now.

I am interested to see who the Lakers draw this year. Lamar is playing a lot better, the Lakers could win a first round series, but it will be tough.

Mutt, I agree with you.

M.V.P. means Most Valuable Player,

If Kobe did not play for the Lakers, they would have a horrible record, and nowhere near the playoffs, therefore, he is definetely the most valuable player of the year, Phoenix without nash would still be in the playoffs, Detroit would still be there without Billups, Denver, no need to talk about that, Carmelo is good, but still has a few years to excel, and Lebron is a great player, but I still would have to give it to Kobe this year...

Here comes my flaming. Detroit needs Ben Wallace more than Billups IMO. He is the supreme player.

kobe is without a doubt the MVP, If he does not get the award this year there is something seriously wrong with the NBA.
