i usually have a minimum of 3 beers at night

and most of the time i end up drinking a bunch of southern confort and 8-10 beers...

but i never drink during the day :helpme

You never drink during the day? Oh. Then you don't have a drinking problem. You can drink all you want at night, don't worry. Your liver knows when it's nightime.

If your life is unmanageable, probably. Get help. If not party on.

If you can't say no and you can't stop after 3 beers, every night, then you have a problem. Stop now, and if not, take a bunch of C-vitamins, or your liver will explode some day.

lol.. not literally, but everytime you drink you kill cells in your liver caused by the toxic. The more you drink, the harder it is for your liver to replace the dead cells. At some point the liver can't produce enough living cells resulting in irreversible loss of liver function. C-vitamins, 1g per day, can slow down this process.
But you should see a doc and check your liver function with a simple blood test.

That's a sure sign that you have a problem

yeah i guess i should stop drinking for a day or 2 and see what happens..

im guessing it wont be that hard, i used to be seriously hooked on speed/xtc & weed 3 years ago... and i almost died so i went cold turkey... never touched it again
