why do they glorify being Poor so much? So they dont feel like shit everyday?

I've hung out in the Projects,Ghetto and trailer parks before when I was broke and now I dont want to go anywhere near them. Not cause I dont like the people but I worked so hard to stay out of them.

Right now if you want to look kewl..you need to look Broke i dont get it..

I probably look broke to most people. You see I grew up not giving 2 shits what anyone thought about me. I also busted my ass from the time I was a kid to make money. Even in high school I didn't fall into that $200 pair of jeans phase as I thought it was and is retarded. I would rather wake up and put on my $25 jeans and have my neighbor think I"m poor than wake up trying not to look poor on purpose.

I like my old holey tshirts, they are more comfortable. I try not to stray to far from home in them though. lol

It's more comfortable most of the time. And for some reason there is something empowering about dressing in a v-neck t-shirt and ripped jeans when going to a high-end club and still not waiting to get in...while everyone else is in blazers and kakhis in line.

Each younger generation likes to rebel in their own way.

Cracks me up at the mall and you see fine young adults that you know come from money and yet they are dressed with torn pants and tattered shirts. The girls dress even more funky these days.

yah - never understood the dress ghetto look. especially not in rich areas, when I went to highschool in Greenwich CT, there was a ghetto movement happening and all i could say to these ppl were, "you live in a 10 bedroom house, who are u kidding"

one thing i like about the philippines is all the more wealthy PI boys go prep and the girls get all slutty, works perfectly for me.

they aren't dressing 'poor' - they dress in what they see on MTV - and for the last 20 years that's hip hop/rap/thug wear - lil' fake thugs who spend an arm and a leg to look like what they see on TV.

there's a whole other world of people out there who still dress to the nines - Boss, Canelli, etc - most companies have done away with 'casual Fridays' - dressing for success is still out there. You're in an industry where half the people in it don't even wear pants 'to work'. Look at the whole manscaping metro revolution - there are beauty spas for men opening everywhere - total opposite of what you're talking about.

Nope. My son was born in Mexico, so that makes him a citizen. We put it under his name. As for the lease deal. You as an american CAN buy property in mexico, but you have to use what is called a bank trust. The bank Owns it for you, and the trust is renewed every 50 years. There are NO limitations on what you can do with property under a trust.
