My colleque has a very eeeh not so nice smell.

How do you tell that, i was thinking about buying a deo for him

You have to be honest, just don't make a big deal. Best give him an excuse when you say it, like: "Did you just shag a camel? You stink!" Then he can admit to the camel shagging and not feel bad about his body odour!

your fellow sandwich artist smells? just bring a bottle of spray deoderant and hose him down behind the counter!

just drop lots of hints i.e. "can you smell that dave??" and keep on saying it ever 30 minutes!
