Server Admins, who wants to make some quick $$$
 

Just bought a new server yesterday, with Redhat 9 and cPanel. Unfortunately I'm not really an expert when it comes to server issues, I'm hardly able to run my other Ensim boxes myself.

So instead of struggling through tutorials I thought it could be cheaper for me if someone from GFY could guide me through the first basic steps to setup the server and a domain of mine. Been messing around with CoLinux with Debian installed. The apt-get feature of Debian is awesome for getting things up fast.

Do youself a favour: Get a clean Debian box and a good admin (person, no clicky-script), or better learn it over time after you've had someone set it up properly. :2 cents:

First of all - download putty or any other ssh access tool that you like.

Yes I did the "Do it yourself" rout years ago with Ensim, unfortunately I don't have so much time anymore, but still want to learn/understand the basic things, that's why I'm looking for someone who can go through it with me.
I think without cPanel it would be even more difficult :)
