Do Zero Nicotine (or other herbal non-smoking products) work?
 

Well after a couple years of smoking, my girlfriend & I have decided to quit. We've considered many methods (cold turkey, pill, nicotine patches, etc) but recently I came upon this product called Zero Nicotine. (http://www.nicotinefreepatch.com)

Does anyone know or think that this may work? I'm skeptical but my girl & I really do want to quit. If you guys think this will help, I'll give it a go. :thumbsup
