Does anyone here have a good model release form i want to see a exemple thanks :)

Check out the Free Speech Coalition. I believe they have some samples....Make sure to get an attorney and get one done right though!

Many of the girls I've worked with don't even read the contract, so I think I'm going to add this in as a sub clause.. thanks for idea!! :winkwink:

I have one that I spent $500 in attorney fees. That includes bunch of other stuff though like photographer agreement, etc.

I'd suggest you get a lawyer. Laws are slightly different from state to state, and province to province, so it's always good to know what the laws are in your area, aswell as any court cases which may have been files.
If you're serious about shooting content, 300$ or 500$ shouldn't make a different on your investment.

there all over, just do a search for adult model release, some are to basic, but you can find releases that are very involved and that cover all areas needed to be covered
