Look what these wild accusations have caused:

but your topic title is misleading.
all it proves it there was no DNA evidence, doesnt prove they are innocent.

They didnt find enough dna to make amatch so it wasnt the "dna" that proved anything it was the "lack" of dna that might prove something..

As the prosecuter said , they have other evidence , and if the guys used condoms ( makes sense ) they might not leave dna

A bunch of college kids acting on impulse:

You are right. Moreover, one is NEVER proven innocent, you are either guilty or not guilty - a person is NEVER found innocent. I know most people think different - look it up.

The woman said she was raped and penetrated and the guy ejaculated. No hair, no sperm, no sweat, no nothing found.

She also said she broke 4 fingernails scratching and fighting them off. Fingernails were found with no dna or anything on them. None of the players had scratches either.

Man if they did it, it's gonna be INCREDIBLY hard to prove from what it looks like!

I think Duke was stupid for acting so fast, I thought its innocent until proven guilty.

They would leave PUBES. Also supposedly she was raped in the bathroom. Hell you could easily get DNA on you by ACCIDENT in the bathroom. What, did they clean and sterilize the bathroom before the stripper came over?
