Pay Website Problems with Posters and Thieves

I have a few motherfuckas hacking into my site but they are posting my shit on message board etc. they even have my whole site posted on this torrent site. I know this shit is not legal so what do I do? Give me some suggestions because this shit is annoying and it's making me lose money.
