Used to smoke a pack a day and maybe more at a party or bar, but I quit five months ago and amn just waiting for it to get any easier. lol.... still waiting....

fuck, thats to many, i dont smoke at all.

I smoke about 5 per day but when I go out on the weekend it gets up to 15 sometimes. It's a very bad habit and I really whant to quit!

Flog, packs in AUS have 30 smokes? thats crazy. In Canada they have 25 and I thought that was alot. Here I smoke about a pack (more when i go out), which is 20. good luck to everyone trying to quit/cutback. I wish everyone in spain didnt smoke, its so hard to quit here :disgust

I smoke only when I'm drunk. But when it happens I do a pack during one evening.

I used to smoke 3 packs a day until about 18 months ago. I had this cool Laser therapy in San Diego and was able to stop without too much trouble. It cut down on the cravings that i used to get when i tried cold turkey, the patch and gum didnt work for me.

I feel so much better i can even taste my food and wine again !!!!

damn - a pack a day - 25 cigs, no matter what - i'm programmed - if i'm working or not - can't smoke in the office so it's like 4 or five during the 9-5, and then the rest before bedtime - but if I'm not working it's like spread out over the day.

Used know a guy who smoked five packs a day - gross - the dude smoked during meals, the whole time - he'd a smoked in his sleep if he could...
