I've had it with work. I'm fuckin sick and tired of working in special effects.

I know what you're saying, "So, quit." I'll get to that in just a sec. First, :ak47: "GO FUCK YOURSELF, KEVIN YAGHER!"

That prick had the fuckin' balls to tell me to stay 10 minutes after work, to make up for 10 minutes after lunch of talking with the shop guys. "Water cooler" chat in the corporate world.

WHAT THE FUCK!? Are You kidding me?!? 10 fucking minutes??
He was dead serious. "I want you to make up that time" he said.

FUCK YOU!!! I thought. I come in 15 sometime 20 minutes early every fucking day to open up his stupid shop. I fucking deal with retarded producers, and fucked up directors almost daily. I used to be a shop guy before I was promoted to an office job, and so I still hang out with my friends so at lunch the shop guys and myself always go out together. Kevin sometimes ask (with a whiny voice) "Can you guys pick me up something to eat?" I sometimes get him food, and I never complain.

Sometimes if he forgets to pay a bill, or if it's due that day he'll have me wait until after work, and ask if I can drop it off at the post office, about 2 miles out of my way. And I do.

Well FUCK IT!! No more. Not after I do all these fuckin extras for him for free, and that ungrateful cocksucker asks me to stay 10 minutes late?!?! Well Kevin Yagher, "GO FUCK YOURSELF":321GFY

So why don't I just leave? Well, 3 reasons.
1) my wife, (Mrs. RedShoe)
2) my baby, (baby RedShoe)
3) our new house (The RedShoe Network)
All of these cost money. I need a steady paycheck, (from a job). I'm not ready yet to fly solo in the adult web business. And I mean like at a real job, where I can do something, and not just sit on GFY all day. (although getting paid to do that would be nice)


Let me finish by announcing that I am available for hire. I can do graphics, I can design galleries, I can do whatever you need, or want. I'm a pretty good photographer (I'm actually published photographer). I am hoping to find a part time job I can do from home (like a designer).

AMP, if the offer still stands, I'm ready...

Your boss sounds like a real tighass fuckhead. Good luck finding some other work. Sounds like you deserve something better.

Just ask Kev the next time he asks for food or something, very quietly mind you, that if you pick him up food and happen to be 10 mins late, will you have to make that time up after 5? Thats a quiet way of getting the point across. :winkwink:

It may be time for you to get going in the adult world full time. A good push like the one your boss gave you is exactly what it takes to get you inspired to drop your 9 to 5. If you decide to go through with it, best of luck to you.

It really hard to give up the "guaranteed" paycheck. I did the corporate management thing for 12+ years. You were never any better than last weeks numbers regardless of your history.

Something very similar to what happened to you was the push I needed. It took a while but now I make much more than I did there. Insurance benefits are the main downfall of being self employed.

Then again, the guy could have just found his wife with another man that or he sat down on his wifes dildo that morning. Things pass and noone will remember it next week. Sometimes people just need to vent.
