Pricetag on galleries?
 

What works better for you? Luring the surfer to the site and hoping that he'll find the tour so arousing, he doesn't care about money anymore? Or risking to deter him by putting a pricetag in the gallery already, like 3 day trial for 2.95?

Personally, I have found that $2.95 trials lead to disaster. You get a much higher chargeback rate and you use a lot of bandwidth on people who just download your entire site and quit.

I think if you have compelling content and good tour pages, people will pay your monthly access rate.

Definately agree 100%. A quality member shouldn't have a problem with the full amount, or even a $10 or $15 10 day trial might be better.
