Anyone here partnered in business with a family member. If so, is it working out or is it the worst business mistake you ever made?

tried it once.... never again.

no partnerships. bad idea imo. however, my brother has been working for me as an employee (almost 2 years), and it's worked out really, really well.

Ouch! The reason I ask is because my brother inlaw is interested. He has a crazy imagination. I get most of my ideas from him.

I have been working with my girlfriend for the last 2 years now.
It was kinda hard in the beginning, but now it's all good :)

I work for my brother inlaw and with his brother inlaw for over a year now................

It is awsome ............In my mind I couldnt work for a better boss...

He has thought me more about the industry than I ever would have hoped........

CCBill is a family owned corporation, Ron's mom and dad are in the office every day, and his sister a few days a week as well.

We have no problems with it, since they each have a function within the company and they deal with their respective departments quite well.
