Best service or server installed spam protection.

Who's had luck and with what?

I have Spam Assassin right now and it's doing what I consider a 50% job, even with the most recent updates.

Different settings depending on the email address. Most are set at 5, but some higher with custom rulesets. Again, depending on the email address, I drop emails between 12 and 18 and tag the subject for ones below that.
