and please tell me, which ones would you call for a test shoot and which ones to avoid? (i have my own ideas but who knows maybe i'm overlooking a potentially good model here, already discarded many)

nope, just 'photo/video modelling' then on the interview or over the phone i offer non nude first, then topless and above for more money, most nn girls end up doing at least topless in the middle of the test shoot if you know how to work them and once they see you're legit.
