WTF @ Wordpress
When I use apostrophes in posts, like "it's" "there's" etc everytime I save/publish it +1's the number of apostrophes. so "it's" becomes "it''s" and so on for however many times I save and continue, save, publish. Anyone ran into this yet?
I'm fucking stumped :helpme |
because its php i guess
try a slash before your ' that should fix it |
wierd man...but like ^^^ said, try a \ before the ' and it shoudl come out all right, but no clue why that would just start out of the blue
|
never had that problem. what version?
|
If a slash works then try messing around with 'magic quotes' in php.ini
I think its just on or off Or use &+#39 for a single quote. Without the + (gfy blocks the proper syntax) |
the host recently made some changes to the server so I'm thinking it's the magic quotes thing. I'll try the \ but that's really gay LOL I sent them a ticket to turn that shit off. thanks :winkwink:

php and magic quotes.
|
i hate that
|
who's the host?
mine just started doing the same like... 4 days ago :) I thought it might be some collation thing - cause I noticed it was not utf_swedish or something :) |

I don't have the problem, either. I use AutoBlogger Pro, so I dunno if that makes a difference.
