Beautiful! I love those indoor swimming pools in FL. I hate bugs :(

LOL, also love the cabinet pulls in the laundry room ;) I'm getting ready to redo all my cabinet and drawer pulls - I'm so bored with round ones when there are so many fun ones to play with :)

Fuck I cant believe the price of property thier.......
The house I'm in at the moment is about 200K more than that and its like a shed in comparison. Im also in about the scariest part of London - the road next to mine is nicnamed "Murder Mile". That place here would be 2-3 mil. |

nice house! nice part of the world too! good weather!

I'm really curious in what part of Florida you bought your house?
I bought mine back in June for $295,000 just north of Tampa in the Lutz area. It's a 4 bedroom/4 bath/ 3 car garage. I don't have a pool, but I can buy a nice pool for the price you paid for yours. I'm thinking that you must of bought in the Miami area. http://mbjorkman.net/pics/house/ |

You do Search Engine PPC or is that someone else?
Is that pool inground? Only reason I ask is it seems considerably elevated above the back yard. Nice house! Congrats.
nice place. have you moved in yet?
Hope Ya House Is Still There After Next Hurricane Season
Congrats on the new house..
Sweet looking place

Did you note the real wood cabinets, the 6" moldings, the granite, the roof, the exterior, the ceiling height? It is the 'small' extras that add up to make the difference. I know Lutz... you can not buy a new house with these extras for anything less than $500K. In the end, you are still in Lutz. No offense to your house, but it is a standard cookie cutter 1/3 of acre development house. You have Home Depot Cabinets, 3" moldings, no granite, low ceilings, cheap fans, etc. Your house is a $300k house... -dd |
