i got some warez accounts :) and i want to send this traffic to my dialer sponsor(directly to dialer download)...
can anyone post the script for it

Anyways, you could just delete their accounts with all the content, and leave their directory with an .htaccess file like this:

ErrorDocument 404 http://www.domain.com/dialer

well you can reroute asian traffic through htaccess
to say a japanese dialer

Which one? never heard of one that is capable of billing Jap phone subscribers.

the sponsor in my sig has a dialer program in japanese :)

It's "in japanese" but is it capable of billing people from Japan? not just people who can read japanese (from the US for example) ?

yes it bills people from japan
and autodetects the language
