I do think there is something with the transfer, you might have to hold it with them for the first year. |
LocoDomains.com $7.85
|
Just checked the Yahoo site and I don't see the $2.99 or whatever it was deal up anymore.
|
4.95:
http://www.netfirms.com/domain-names But you have to be a bit patient, because you cannot access your CP and change DNS for the first day or so ... |

I bet Moniker can match that, AND give you better security.
They are the best in the business. |
1and.com are 5.99 but .info are free atm.
I have never used them to be honest - but it looks ok and they are pretty big. I tend to stick with NameCheap - the setup is worth the 8.99 (7.99 with code). |
godaddy...

I wonder how many of the people who use these super-discount registrars have been through what happens when thier registrar goes belly up? One is better of spending a couple of bucks more a year to keep domains they are going to sink serious time and cash into to develope at a reputable registrar. |
I like namecheap, they may not be the cheapest, but they are darn good!
|
I use DirectNIC
No thanks to cheap domains |

Your mad..... its the all same product, the most you can say is that some present and allow you too manage it better. NameCheap are WAY better that DirectNic in all respects. For example set up a domain as a DNS and NameCheap will do it within mins and its ez. Just a few clicks. Remember I'm not talking about setting up a domain on a domain server I'm talking about setting up a domain AS a name server. |
