I need an Affiliate Site Design ASAP!
 

I'm tired of designers wasting my time with their bullshit deadlines, extended deadlines, not getting things done AND wanting money before they have lifted a finger.

I need a re-design for www.InsomniacCash.com

A simple homepage and 5 subpage templates for promotional tools.

The designer I hire for this needs to also be able to skin and setup a Vbullleting forum for the site..

Here is the deal, I need this done yesterday. I don't have a week to wait around. I need to find a designer who can jump on this and knock it out fast or I'm just going to do it myself.

Budget is $650

Who can do this and actually do it on time?
How long to do?

No offense personally. You may however wish to charge full price and use the extra money for more English lessons.

As long as you pat yourself in the back telling "how cheap we are" you're extremely expensive. According to your samples, you'd be charging $325 for 1-2 hours of work? :(
