You don't know what a criminal record is?

If you commit a crime, it goes in your file.. so, if you've ever(?) done major crimes, there's a record showing what you've done. Speeding, shoplifting etc won't most likely go on your record though.

Yeah, I was supposed to make this a poll..but I fucked up.

I know what one is, but there are different types: felony, misdemeanor, arrest record, etc. I've only had minor shit (DWI was by far the biggest), so I'm sure my "record" is fine by most standards.

The only time i got arrested for anything and was charged I was 17 .. it was a multiple felonies but I settled with the person and they dropped it. Last time I checked there is nothing on my record because i was under 18 .. but I know when the SEC checks my record they ask me to write a letter to explain it. So I'm sure it's on there for government agencies and shit like that.
