I just spoke to someone at Godaddy that seemed to know what he was talking about .EU
 

It seems that any .EUs that have been reged this morning since the 'landrush' phase havnt been 'locked' for resale.

It will be first person who reged them (by a time stamp on the order) gets them, but many have been reged multiple times.

You will be told 'in due course' if you are successful. Basicly until your domain points to your site dont count on owning it.

Most of the registrars, return the funds as credit in your account if you are unsuccessful in registering the domain.

those bucks are still pending, i smell i'll get those domains! :)

If you reged a few days then that was under a different setup - you have to send documents to prove that you should get them.

so they will let you buy the domains you already own under .com

I registered 2 domains today with godaddy, if I don't get them, will I receive money back to my bank account?

They should have rolled this out allowing people to buy mathing domains to what they allready won first. that would solve a lot of problems.

I think u might be stuffed.

Because you have pre-reged them they will hold them for 40 days until you get the docs to them.

You wont be able to reg them today as they are now on hold.

You will have to get some docs or wait until the end of the hold period and hope nobody else pre-reged them.

I think the best thing you can have is a Trademark, but there are a few things you can use.

whois results are showing that those domains are registered by someone else (i suppose they don't have any docs, just as me). what kind of documents do i have to send them?

the reasons why you should get that domain..
example: you own a company with that name.

and what if i don't have them? would the domains get the first one that registered for them today?
