i'd be more concerned about rankings and traffic numbers than pr.

Google is now officially fucking with you. PR is possibly the most meaningless number on the planet right now.

I have a bunch of stuff that couldn't get PR if I begged. It's all PR4 now. Big woopie, not a single extra google hit as a result.

I had a blog that's a few months old go from pr0 and around 600 hits a day from google to pr3 and 120hits a day.

Fucking blows, had several top 10 ranking that are on page 10+ now.

PR is the biggest red herring ever. My sites jumped in PR but I am more concerned with ranking for keywords, traffic and resulting sales. I not not see how PR helps one bit.

I have a site that is 3 weeks old that went from a PR0 to a PR5 =)

PR is only usefull to get more link backs cause people trade according to it :P

other then that from google side, it barely means anything

PR still means something, mostly in the mainstream world.

The only place PR helps me out is on GFY.

Google sucks anyway! Their SERPs are so wrong, cloaked sites everywhere in their listings.

google is hard to keep up with

i have sites that are pr3 and 4 but get less than 100-200 hits per day. pr means jack.

Before the latest updated I had ~440 incoming links via Google. Now I have ~200. Fuck Google.

I do however have > 10k incoming links via Yahoo, and get more SE traffic from Yahoo, so I can live w/o Google.
