                  I have friends that have taken companies public.... and I NEVER would. Every single one of them regretted it. Even the guys from Adultshop.com, the Australian company that was the first adult company to go public.

                  Total nightmare. Instead of running your business, you have to spend 50%+ of your time dealing with all the burocracies, paperwork, and regulatory aspects of being a public company and dealing with your shareholders.
