is there any traffic seller site at all that sell real traffic
 

ok, adwords, yahoo and big ones like them sell real traffic. but is there any of the so called traffic seller sites that sell nonfake traffic that converts?

they all sell "real" traffic, but finding a good broker is very hard, what you usually get is pure shit....

Very few if any. You'd be better off spending the same money creating your own traffic source.
