I don't think exporting them or shooting them is the answer.
First, there's no "them". Hispanics outnumber blacks in the US. Illegal hispanic immigrants are the engine that has driven the American economy for 20 years. Without real estate, the US would be so deep in a depression right now, there would be bread lines on 5th Avenue in NYC. The hispanics were the cheap labor that made the first 10 years of that real estate explosion possible and made the last 10 years so profitable for everybody else. They're the workers that build your cars, 50 miles south of the border for 1/10th what it would cost across that magic line. They're your maid in California, your gardener in Arizona and your hooker in Texas.
They are as much a part of America as any of us and they've earned that piece. So give up the whole idea of deporting them. They'll find their place in society just like anybody else. Thankfully, they've got a good work ethic and are by and large, great people.
The problem here is that the US Government makes too much $$$ on the "drug war" to just annex Mexico, like it considered doing 100 years ago, 50 years ago, 20 years ago and has been brought back up again now. If we simply cut a stronger economic deal with Mexico, like we did with Puerto Rico and granted them all citizenship with limited benefits, it would be the greatest thing to happen in our generation.
But the corporations that make billions a year operating there, the construction industry that makes billions a year taking advantage of them here and the government that makes billions a year in bribes and arms purchases letting it happen won't ever let that happen, no matter how good it is for everybody else.
So chill out and remember that whites, blacks, hispanics and even asians have our trash. Don't be so small minded as to let a few shitheads color your opinion of the whole thing.
