Banners, good design or lot of clicks?
 

In your opinion, why sometimes designers make banners thinking only in a good item to put in their CV instead of creating something that people would click over?

What should a banner be to be ckicked?

and at the other end it looks like HTB has sent you over 700 and you've barely returned 150.
