Check your stats in one place
hey, I just signed up with revstats.com and I was curious if any of you guys/girls use them?
So far there tracking seems accurate... On another note: Would you trust a company with all your logins/passwords? regards, Tommy |

Hmm looks very interesting. I have over 1200 different sponsors
and 2300 + sites listed in my database. I was about to build some script to actually do this myself..... Please if anyone has experience with them post here.....If it´s any good it will probably save me a shitload of work :thumbsup DynaMite |
looks nice
would never use it |
Well, I'm trying it now with a few sponsors and I don't see any changed payout names on my accounts yet...
I don't think they are a scam though. A script like that will cost some serious money to make, and there is not much to gain from cheating your users.. I think it can save me A LOT of time if I have all my sponsors in there. I'm still having doubts though. |
Wow.. that looks incredible.. I'm afraid to use it, but at the same time, most successful ideas are initially met with scepticism.
|
So how do they turn a profit if the script and usage would cost them a pretty penny?

I've seen a few people that use this.. or similar programs.. link-o-rama being one of them (i think! i'm too lazy to confirm that)
Good idea. Personally, i wouldn't use it.. I'd love to be able to purchase the script though, for my own use. |

Unlimited accounts cost 50 bucks a month. I don't know anybody that's serious in this biz that has less than 10 sponsors so they probably have a lot of pro accounts. I still don't think I would trust the system. |
Thanks for the info Truth! We wouldn't use it either... my SO would start carving off my fingers if I started handing out login info's to anything. :1orglaugh
Bet they make some decent money from it tho! |
Never ever
Listen to his show at maxcashlive.com:BangBang: |
trusting this kind of companies just because the site looks nice is a big mistake I think..
btw, what company is behind this site? |

I am pretty sure that the greenguy is using them though |
NO WAY would I use them.
$20 - $50 bucks a month just to save a few minutes in checking stats. Nah!!!! Besides, netscape can remember passwords/logins automatically. When you visit a website you saved your info, your password/login will automatically be filled in. |
Good program, you fucks think they want to steal your lil $50 checks? Be for real, not hard to get caught if they did that....Only thing you would have to worry about is hackers getting in and stealing ALL logins...that would be deadly...
|
If it really was some scam it would be pretty easy for the partnership programs to prevent this company from collecting the stats......so probably they´re doing a decent job.
Changing name on checks or bank info requires 99% email confirmation or even fax....so fraud would not be that easy. In case of a hack it would be inconvenient not inmediately a disaster....I´m gonna give them a try. So in a couple of weeks I can tell you all more info....if it´s shit. Then I´m going to write a script to do this myself....and will offer it for sale for the people who are interested. 1200 sponsors is not a matter of minutes to check them all... that would take days.....so yes the idea is VERY good! DynaMite :thumbsup |
This makes me think what can someone do with your login info?
Not much really, they can never change the payout name or anything like that. And if they where out for bad things they wouldn't be online very long, judging by there great program setup with a very powerful script there here to stay... |
Hey. RevShare is promoted by Hank with Mr. Skin. I dunno about who owns it. They contacted us (Truecash) and asked if we minded that they include us on there.
The problem in my mind is that they are surely screen scraping. This means faking the HTTP traffic that a normal user would generate and taking the results as HTML and parsing out the real data. However when processors change their reports, it'll throw that entire process off. How many of you would be intrested in programs that permit you to download activity data in comma delimited format? |
I wouldn't trust those "companies"
|
We would not use it...
|
First of all they aren't even using SSH for the login so your already fucked if someone really want's your login info.
Secondly, I highly doubt they store that information on a secure server encrypted. Your just asking for someone to hijack your accounts. |
No I WOULDN't TRUST THEM!
|
Well deluxegirls.com wouldn't use them
