Anyone Up For DOSing a Scammer?

Got this email allegedly from Chase asking me to update my credit card info. Of course the link goes to a private server. Of course, I would never condone an illegal activity like a DOS attack but here's the email and actual URL it points to:

Your online credit card account has high-risk activity status. We are contacting you to remind that on April 05 2006 our Account Review Team identified some unusual activity in your account. In accordance with Chase Bank User Agreement and to ensure that your account has not been compromised, access your account was limited. Your account access will remain limited until this issue has been resolved.

We encourage you to log in and perform the steps necessary to restore your account access as soon as possible. Allowing your account access to remain limited for an extended period of time may result in further limitations on the use of your account and possible account closure.

Login to your limit account and restore online access:

I get these all of the time from every bank and online payment service under the sun. Issuing an attack is not the way to address it. These people are scammers, they'll just move on to the next server.

Yep. DDOS'ing will be ineffective, except for mabye catching the attention of the authorties. Its considered a crime, even if your trying to take out a Phisher.

dos isn't the way to go. write a script that uses proxies and submits bullshit information to their forms over and over again. with all the fake data they can never find anyone's data who was stupid enough to fill out their forms.
