What is the parking situation like? I live in Vegas driving over. I have friends staying out there that I will be staying with but where to park - they already have a couple cars at the hotel.

is there a new gathering every 1-2 months?

At last count, there were still a few JR Suites - both King & 2 queens. I hopefully will have a rooming list on Monday & will know where we stand better.

The suites are in the building next to the Voyager building. We are looking for golf cart sponsors to run between the two areas:-)

The regular rooms you book from the URL on line from the hotel page. On the suites, you have to call. http://www.cybernetexpo.com/hotel.html There is also info there for a 5% discount frim American Airlines.
