alienware - possible to make a complaint...
 

is it possible to make a complaint to someone about these ppl, I am so fed up and I don't plan to give up..

sent my laptop in to get fix under warentee and 2 months later I get it back just as my warentee expires.. they send me back the fucked power pack, that I shipped back and received finally after another 3weeks.. to only find out that the laptop won't even turn on..

they now tell me my warentee is over and I have to pay for labour and new parts.. fucking bullshit and I refuse because it wasnt fixed in the first place.

they keep messing around with excuses, and I want to do something about this.. I swear im ready to fucking fly up there and knock on the fucking door.

I know it does not help but lesson learned hopefully. Do not buy over priced bloated shit because everyone else thinks its cool.

i agree you can build a better quality PC for the same price if you goto a computer show and the deals on laptops from vendors usually rock

Listen, this is America so you do what Americans do. You go down to the court house or you check them out online. You pick yourself up some small claims paperwork, fill it out and file it. Then you serve the company.
They in turn will settle with you and everyone is happy again.

was in the news last week, dell didnt want to compete, so they just bought them, company operation should stay the same, just not competition anymore ;)

If they are american they can be sued. I am sure Canada has some form of small claims no?

i don't see how filing a suit against a company as large as they are is going to stir the pot enough to make them settle... especially when they do have a warantee contract and all the other bullshit

Simple, lawsuits cost money to fight. Even small ass law suits. As much as I hate frivilous lawsuits I have filed over seven suits against large companies and every time they have settled.

ok after like 1 hour of my girlfriend bitching on the phone with them, they will take the computer and fix it... but watch.. when it gets there, will be another 2 months wait and more phone calls of bitching about it.. and it wont get fixed. god this company has scared me so bad that im afraid to buy another computer..

ALIENWARE FUCKING SUCKS ANUSHOLE!!! I went through the same thing. Sent in back twice, got it back still fucked twice. That was after about 5-10 calls totalling about 15 hours on the phone which included Alienware's greatest hits including "call us back after you go to the store and get the right screwdriver", "call us back after you reinstall the operating system", "call us back after you download and install bios". WTF!!! I've got one sitting in my closet. my cat sleeps on it. FUCK THE SHIT OUT OF ALIENWARE!!!:321GFY

just asked the guy on the phone and its true that dell owns alienware but its still the same staff and bullshit, they just own it.

its will always be alienware.. that is what the guy said.

or call us back in 48 hours we will have the answer for you but its the bullshit the next day.. or we will send you to tech.. or back to customer service..

They are very rude. They will go down if they keep doing that

and you end up talking to like 10 different techs per call, and with each new tech its... " Hi, welcome to HahlienWhear, may I pulease haf your email address and HahlienWhear account number pulease, ok yes?" I was about to fucking tape record me saying my email and account number just so I didnt have to say it 200 times more. I've honestly never been so frustrated and pissed off in my entire life. FUCK ALIENWARE!!!
