If you have Fireworks use the batch processing that comes with it. If not, Ulead Smartsaver Pro is pretty handy.

I just did and didn't see anything from you.

I went to tucows.com and got a program called "xat"
it is freeware and works great.
I took a pic from 44kb to 15kb and you could barely notice any decrease in quality.

Speaking of Arles, it makes the best thumbs ever :) For compression, I just use Paint Shop Pro.. but I don't deal in mass images too much like a gallery creator would.
