Anyone ever get their fingers caught in a car door?
 

That really sucked did not hurt so much for most of day but now starting to hurt a bit. Never did that before today :(

It was very stupid of me. I was mailing some letters and the mailman was at the mailbox. I got out of my car and for some reason was going to get something or thought maybe the door was locked; happened so quick not for sure on that. And next thing I knew as I tried to stop the door and my fingers got caught on the top. I reached through the open window and opened the door. Thing is would not have mattered if door was locked cause window was open. I then played it off like nothing happened cause the mailman did not see that part.

Being a bass player I was shaken and freaked. Think everything will be ok though :)

When we were kids, my bro slammed the car door on my way out. No broken bones, but hurts like hell for days. So did his teeth...
Even today I'm nervouse if people step out before me.. LOL

.. and I can confirm that a case of 30 beers on your toe hurts too.. LOL

I'm still waiting for that finger-nail to fully re-attach.
