But, honestly . . . it still works at 2106 and 2206 and 2306 and 2406 etc. So, it isn't even just every thousand years.

Some people also argue that it works at 1:02:03 pm, but I think you need to stick with military time (which makes that 13:02:03). Oh well, it is fun anyway!!!
