WTF? My TIVO recorded list isn't sorted by folders...
 

I just got the new DirectTV/TIVO box for HDDVR/Receiver and I no longer have my programs sorted in folders...

Major pain in the ass... Now I have a list of like 30 programs and guess what, they are only like 5 different programs... It used to sort them...

And I have no sort options in the play list... So I tried some code and the sort options are chronologically, reverse chrono, and alphabetically...

No Folders...

This shit blows!

Yeah, the HD TiVo (strangely) runs an older version of the software. However, the feature is actually still there, just hidden. And since a TiVo is nothing but a glorified Linux box, it can be messed with.....

While viewing the "Now Playing" list, press the following buttons on your remote (in order, of course): Slow, 0 (zero), Record, ThumbsUp.

You'll then get the sort options at the bottom again. But beware, you'll have to repeat this every time you reboot the TiVo.
