Anybody notice this about "Ambush Interviews"
 

They started off as somewhat educational and informative. Gave the little guys and noobs a look into the how, when, and who's of the industry...and now its just gossip, rumors, innuendo's and inside jokes.

i know you don't give a flying fuck sleazy and you're response will be somewhere along the lines of "and you are?", "and you matter why", "who are you" or some other cookie cutter comeback but....

you should really take it back to the roots :thumbsup keep it real

I think they are still Great, cant please everyone all the time. You keep the questions in the same direction you will lose your audience:2 cents:

they are rather boring now

never read them and never will.

I read the first couple...most were very interesting. The one that sticks out the most is the one with Lars. That one was awesome.

You read the first couple and yet you are commenting on how they have declined.

i read them all.

I skim through the rest....if there are any interesting questions. I'm not into innuendo's and fun facts.....

And if Sleazy doesn't manage to insult me within the first paragraph "If you do not know who so and so is then you are nobody in this industry..." Sometimes I'll continue on.

I think they rock. I've learned a lot about people I thought I knew well.

We're here talking about them so they're a success.

This is the pattern I expected.....the noobs like myself who aren't familiar with many of these people and do not have personal contact with them are losing interest.

While the old schoolers like to read them becuase it offers further insight...

and not Andrew's?

Oh ya his was very interesting too. Especially how he got started.

But the questions in andrew's interview were more like the questions from the first couple...

Insulted him how? We are all aware of what his response is going to be to this thread. All I'm offering is constructive criticism....Am I the only who has noticed that the Interviews have gone from 6+ pages to only a couple?

I thought that this might be about not using spell check ... that's what I notice. ; )

I didn't read a lot of them in the beginning, one here and there but I have been reading more of them lately and have noticed that. I guess I never noticed the change, because I thought many were like that because of where the questions come from (friends, colleagues, etc,)

Sometimes I find it annoying because I'm not clued in on the story and we don't get clued in either ... so why mention it?

Don't worry, I'm sure I'll get bashed right along with you ....

There is always the occasional person I've wondered about.Most have some great questions and answers
