I just got back. The house was built in 1994, it is in very nice shape buuuut for us to move in we would need, a new Kitchen about 15K, basement is semi finished and needs about 10K and the exterior need a new uni-stone walkway, another 5K easy. The municipal taxes are 5.5K/year. They are asking 400 and I would not pay more than 325, I got a few more to go see before I decide to make an offer or not.
