Stats Remote vs. Unified Stats - Which One is Better?

I just reformated my laptop and I'm re-installing all my programs. I used Unified Stats in the past and I like it But some people say they like Stats Remote.

Which one do you think is better and why?

Thanks in advance

Updates when a program changes in less than a day and its free.

Unified Stats all the way for me.

They both worked well for me, but having one less debit on the monthly bills puts UnifiedStats over the top.

Didn't realize that Stats Remote charges money.

They are both very good... we use Unified Stats...

I can't get used to the Unified Stats interface. Still paying for StatsRemote and am satisfied.

gregtx 04-04-2006 10:25 AM

Unified :)

PatrickM 04-04-2006 10:30 AM

Still using Statsremote because last time i checked unifiedstats was not able to check CCBill and Paycom merchant accounts.

This might have changed, i don't know...

What bothers me about Statsremote is that sometimes they need a week or so to update something important like CCBill etc.

Only problem with Statsremote is the time it takes to update, but overall it works great and has the better interface of the 2.

I like stats remote. the $30/month isn't that bad

I use statsremote and like it. I'll check unified though.... saving cash anywhere is always a good idea if it works as well.

Unifed Stats user here

The question I would have is how Unified makes money... none of us are here for free now are we... :2 cents:

They sell ad space on the interface, and people join new programs through them and they get the refferral money.

I'm pretty sure they offer this now but I'll have to check.

I'm using Stats Remote, but the fact I'm paying for it and the updates are so damn slow is making me switch to Unified Stats.

I'm slowly getting all my programs in US and getting used to the interface before I make the full switch. Only thing I don't like so far is the history is limited in US.. I have like 3 years worth of stats and I'll lose about half of that doing the switch. Also with many programs, I could only get 2 months history with US which kinda sucks..

But hey it's free and they seem to update fast.

pussyluver 04-04-2006 12:13 PM

States Remote user. Happy with the interface etc. Have same concernss about updates as everyone else. Good point about history. I haven't tried Unified Stats yet. Losing the history would be a pain. Like to watch it grow month to month :thumbsup This month better get in gear quick though. $/day seem to be down. Things tend to average out though over a month... Kinda of a kick in the ass if numbers are down for a day though.

I just tried stats remote but dont really feel like paying if there is something out there for free.

Does Unified Stats also send an email at intervals you want?

crockett 04-04-2006 12:18 PM

One other issue I noticed with Unified Stats that I'm not happy with. They don't seprate the rebills from the sales with ccbill. So that will make it a tougher desicion to move away from SR..

xclusive 04-04-2006 12:25 PM

Unifed Stats for me

Yep. There's a notification process built in.

infecto 04-04-2006 12:29 PM

I would gladly pay for a program but 1. US is free and works and 2. SR takes a long time to fix problems.

No, they don't. I just checked their supported programs page

AmateurFlix 04-04-2006 01:41 PM

I've used both but prefer SR, mainly because it includes more programs.

WiredGuy 04-04-2006 03:34 PM

Unified Stats all the way.

considering every webmaster that cant afford the $30 a month will vote for unified stats this poll will be lobsided.
