How do you turn off the mp3 streaming on myspace?

Next time i go to check out a friends profile & the stupid streaming mp3 blows a speaker.....i'm gonna slash their tires.

So to avoid that, i'm seaking some help on figuring out how to turn them off, without disabling flash. Is there a particular server that streams the mp3's that i can 127.0.0.1 in my host config file?

i dont know, but heres a bump. i wouldnt mind stabbing whoever invented those streaming sounds on myspace.

I'd like to burn their faces off with a propane torch at this point.

They seriously better stream the mp3's off another server than whats used to communicate with my ho's.

If you have Mozilla Firefox running with AdBlock, add this new filter to your preferences:

i figured it out, you go to settings and then privacy and select "do not play band songs automatically" or something.

well if you use embed sound that doesn't apply and it will continue to play.

Firefox and the Flashblock plugin. In order to hear you have to click on it.

Log in to MySpace, go to Home, Account Settings, and Music Settings.

You can disable them from automatically starting. This is for the MySpace embedded Music ones from bands who list their music there. This does not work for externally embedded music/videos.

But it helps, as the majority use the myspace player.
