I have a Disco and have owned two Countys. I love the cars but the electrical is for shit on these cars and the Disco has a funny overheating problem.

Fun to drive and a problem Ive learned to live with. What is the alternative - drive a Cherokee?

why would you buy a sport if you already have an HSE?

Great pics dude, :-) I have a discovery myself and I love it for off road stuff but it's a bit short on power on the road.

I havent taken it much other than to help a friend on his property. Mostly a highway driver.

LOL - A lot of my friends asked me the same question.
Mostly because I love Range Rovers ...

Here is how I justify it:

I just bought the HSE about 4 months ago.
It is a very classy car - large and a little slow.
It's cool for crusing around with the family etc.

I wanted the sport because it is alot more faster.
I didn't get the supercharger on the HSE, but got it on this one.

Do you have any details on the problems with the Disco? I'm shopping for a new car and the Discovery is #1 on my list.

And if they did, you wouldnt want one.

I love them. I'm still thinking of getting a gently used one. The L3 that replaced it doesn't seem as good.

I guess they don't make them any more, like BP said. I haven't heard from a friend who has the new L3 - they do look nice.
