TGPs And 2257 Question

As a TGP owner are you required to have 2257 docs for the content on your TGP? This is my TGP Here all the thumbs are from my sponsers content section, I host the thumbs on my server, the tours/galleries that are linked to each thumb are FHGs from my sponsers. So, do I need 2257 Docs for the thumbs I have on my server? Any advice other than ask a lawyer would be appreciated..:helpme

The answer will depend on the judge who eventually finishes up that damn case.

plain and simple...if the gov wants you that bad they will find a way to get you no matter what. the laws are left so vague that they can be manipulated against you when the time is right. so the answer to your questions is....

Looks like so many people are just taking the chance that the laws will eventually go away.

As the new rule was written if the content is hosted on YOUR serve then you need to have copies of all that 2257 stuff. The secondary producer thing was thrown out in the last court hearing, but no one is sure if it will stay out until this makes it all the way to the SC. Then again Congress could write a new 2257 law that includes a secondary prodcuer clause will itself be batteld in court for years. So the short answer is.............
