A mate of mine who I call just about everyday always answers his phone ?George Speaking? and he knows very well that it is me calling him because my number shows on his screen, so when he calls me I say Batts Speaking and he said, how come you answered your phone like that when you know it is me.

If i know who is calling me i just say Hi George

I have this one friend that doesn't start the conversation with "hello" when you call her but jumps right away to "what are you doing?"

Me: Hey Joanie
Joanie: what are you doing?

SAY HI DAMNIT!

or when you finish a phone conversation, they just hang up, they dont say bye, they just hang the fuck up and you ring them back and say why did you hang up, he says i did not hang up i thought we had finished our discussion.

i will toss a shoutout to the fools that call my home phone and ask where i am:upsidedow where the fuck do you think moron you called me at HOME:321GFY

Gotta love caller ID. I have different ringtones set up for my inlaws. Haven't answered their calls for years now! Lucky they don't understand technology hehe!

I know someone who answers the phone like "Yo wassup" if he knows the number on the caller ID. Pisses me off to no end. Even if you know who's calling, you should always answer with a polite "hello".

Probably just a old habit..hard to break
