No, some of them are true. I can't say whether they're all true though.

- Wendy is short for Gwendolyn, and existed before the Peter Pan story.
- scorpions will not sting themselves to death when given liquor, they are immune to their own poison.
- apples do not have "negative" calories, they contain quite a few calories actually.
