Myvirtualcard - any experiences ?

Hi Guys ;

Does any of you have any experience with Myvirtualcard.com
I'm asking this because getting an account was so easy. Normally you would have to fill in 30 pages + contracts, this time no paper, no signatures at all.

Their program looks good however. :helpme

they are good people

All I can say is do a search here before you start using them, you may find some interesting threads.

MVC are excellent, been using them alot and I like their service.

Any of you doing business with them.. Are their payouts on time and how is the chargeback ratio ?

true is that I have lowest CHB ratio ever with them.Payouts are always in time - never missed 1 in the last 1 and half year or so

Ive had no problems at all. All my transactions go well and I get all my checks on time. The rate is a little high but its very convenient.

webspider 04-03-2006 08:05 AM

No problems at all. They are good people, send checks every week.

Kassidy 04-03-2006 08:44 AM

They scrub too hard and deny valid cards and their customer service is lacking. I would only recommend them as a backup processor and offer one of the better providers as your primary.

camchoice 04-03-2006 09:01 AM

that was my plan :winkwink:

My thoughts exactly....a little too easy. I am about to go with Nats and increasing my processors. Have CCbill and Paycom usual number of pages and questions. Myvirtualcard so simple its a worry. Going to use them but down low as a backup.

E Guru 04-03-2006 10:54 AM

Good people

mattyboy 04-03-2006 11:01 AM

Nothing wrong with MVC. I actually find more transactions go through than CCBill.

Calico Jack 04-03-2006 04:06 PM

Can't complain...been using them for 6 months on two sites.
Well worth a try I'd say.

fr0gman 04-14-2006 05:48 PM

The worst customer support in the industry. They screwed up a refund on my account (they refunded the WRONG member and then when I complianed (over several months) they finally cancelled my account and refuse to release my money fot 7 months.

IMHO, they are the worst processor since iBill.

chupacabra 04-14-2006 05:55 PM

they don't exist anymore under the name MyVirtualCard... they are now "Paymonde" i believe..

fr0gman 04-14-2006 06:31 PM

Changing the name likely will not improve their bad service.

If I want someone to party with I will keep them in mind. If you want a company with good customer suport and the ability to handle the simpliest of tasks stay away from the "party" people... and MVC.
