DRM and WMP 10

Ok we sell vids ppv and use drm in a limited way - play on pc only kind of stuff. Lately getting more then a few compliants that using latest versions of WMP 10 the DRM will not work - 'error contact supplier of content' messages.

Anyone got any info on this problem? Is it actually a problem or did we just got unlucky this week or maybe we should just scrap the drm altogether...

Give me your :2 cents:

who do you use for drm software? You should try www.buydrm.com. I've sent some of my clients to them and it seems to work very well.

Thanks for that. After download they try to access the film and get "There has been an error. Please contact the owner of this content" or words to this effect.

As for who we use its Audiovideoweb. More geared to streaming which we used them for and then they added drm so thought we would give it a try. Worked reasonably well so far.
