well folks, looks like lindsay and i will arrive at raven's rehab monday, since the tsa are pricks and so is america west/ us airways..

we are bumped with prejudice and will be flying out on monday morning at oh dark thirty.

Sorry I missed the trip. Had all intentions of going but my dog is spoiled and with his back problems, I wanted to be around to see if he got worse once he was off the medication (which he was). I was afraid the dog sitter might not pick up on it :(

I will see you soon though skinny lady (and the Bart-ass dude with pockets of Tim Tams :) ).

We are finally home......no surprise that Lindsay had four TSA guys on him downstairs and I was being threatened with Security upstairs yesterday...

We just got home. America West. Bad Airline merges with US Airways. Equally bad airline. To create a REALLY bad airline.

Story to follow as soon as I get out of these clothes.

Tell you what. Between me upstairs and CTB not being able to check in.....and the airlines blaming TSA, which was NOT their fault...it was rather annoying.

Lindsay and I are on the telephone, him stuck downstairs in the check in queue; hadn't even GOTTEN to Security and me upstairs arguing with the check in people, who couldn't do jack shit until his name appeared on the manfest...and me trying to tell them his name could not possibly be on the manifest, because NO ONE would let him check in....

Lindsay and I are on our cells, trying to get upstairs to talk to downstairs...

Raven so glad to hear that you finally made it back.. had a great time and it was a pleasure seeing you again ! I/we also had America West tickets.. was just fine on the way to Phoenix.. but when we missed our flight.. they were extremely unaccomodating. Now i know for next time !

Fuck the TSA. They're a bunch of cop wanna-bes who couldn't get through high school or if they did get their GEDs, they were too stupid, too fat or had too long a rap sheet to be real cops.

I prefer to refer to that airline as America's Worst... hope you both are catching up on some rest!

I got up just a short time ago after a long flight and no sleep. Glad to hear your safe and it was an honor meeting you and finally getting to know you better. All my love and hope for the next conference when we can spend more time together

I'm telling you....Phoenix, Lindsay may be a tranny; but, dayum, this is not the first time America's Worst has done this...and this is their hub...

Bad enough I had to endure the anal probe search....special room and all .....then we have tweedly dee downstairs 'rooting for Lindsay', which helped nada...and tweedle dum upstairs who couldn't do shit, since he wasn't in the system..and when we tried to explain, separately and together, that he had purchased a ticket and could not be in the system IF THEY DON'T LET YOU CHECK IN....not one iota of help...so we ended up at the Hilton, whereby we ordered massages and room service....and slept.

Course anyone who has heard Lindsay snore, knows how much sleep *I* got...:)

It was a pleasure to finally meet you....I'm about ready to go out for some Thai food with Lindsay and Tev and then I'm going to crash...

You might be right about the TSA. Personally, I've not ever had trouble with them....and this had nothing to do with security...it was the electronic check in that got retarded and then the idiots who are behind the desk. He never GOT to TSA......yet, America West was blaming them....no no....it was the airline..

This reminds me of the time that Seattle had an ice storm and AW refused to fly...Southwest was flying. American was flying. Course they had the foresight to buy de icing fluid and AW didn't. AW said it was an act of nature...well, maybe an ice storm is..but failing to buy de icing fluid is simply an act of stupidity......

They didn't even warm up the latex, Peaches...and I missed you!

Oh, we're okay..nothing like a little massage and room service to turn things a little righter. Getting up at 4 a.m. to catch a flight isn't great; but, it was great meeting you, too!! Several times, in fact!

AmericaWest/US Air outright cancelled my flight from YVR to Phoenix, so I got into town 8 hours late. Then on the way back the flight (same airline) was an hour late.

Btw, did anyone else run into the COMPLETE bitch in the security line at Phoenix airport? "Excuse me, I told you not to leave a gap in the line. We need to get more people in here." Short little black girl with hair slicked back and completely bad attitude. I felt like slapping her, and I'm not a violent person.

Juicy and I tryed to contact Lindsey ... but his phone must of been dead .. I knew I should of left him with the address (to the BBQ) even though he was supposed to leave during the day

Elli...it was the flight attendants and desk people from America West who gave me the most trouble, not TSA....from whom I endured the ultimate anal probe. I swear my name is on a list. Everytime I fly, I get the 'treatment'.

a friend of my mother told her last week how they, coming from europe, where threatened like the last shit
she was traveling with her two children and the TSA acted like fucking assholes even being mean to her children (who are too young to speak / understand english anyways).

I had more trouble with Customs and Security in Europe than I have had here.

Having said that.....it doesn't matter where I travel, what airline, what month, what day....I get searched.
